Custom-made, personalized, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Exchanges
Because our inventory and designer pricing may change, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange for another size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
3. Returns

Once your return is approved, please ship it back within 15 days.
