During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Package Inspection
When receiving your order, please carefully check that:

Delays & External Factors
During high-demand periods or due to uncontrollable factors (such as customs or local postal delays), delivery times may be extended.
If your order seems delayed, please contact us at support@cheripaw.com, and we will verify the status with our shipping partners promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
If you realize an error, please email us at support@cheripaw.com within 1 hour of placing your order, including your Order Number and correct address.
Once processing has started, we cannot modify or cancel your order.
ChériPaw is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Taxes & Duties
ChériPaw covers all import duties and taxes for international deliveries — you will never be charged additional fees upon arrival.
